Exchanges and Returns

How can I exchange or return my order?

The return period is 30 days from receipt of the order. You cannot exchange or return accessories such as sprays, creams, and socks.

Products must be returned with the corresponding purchase receipt and in the same condition in which you received them (unused, unwashed, with the interior and exterior tags still attached, without repairs, along with their complete original packaging and any related accessories).

Keslem reserves the right to refuse late returns if the products are not in the same condition as when shipped, or if they do not meet our return conditions.

The refund will be withheld until the merchandise is received or until you provide proof of return. The customer is responsible for proving that the items have been returned. If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to a refund, and we will return the products to you postage collect.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO START YOUR RETURN

RETURN LABEL (2.90€)

Contact us by phone at 678014909, email at shoponline@keslem.com, or WhatsApp, so we can process your return.

The steps to follow once you have contacted us are as follows:

1. You will receive a link with all the information you need to complete the return.

2. Download the return label.

3. The item is placed in the packaging and closed so that the product is

fully protected.

4. The label that we attached to the agency's email is printed or it is also

You can go with the PDF of the label and show it to the POST OFFICE.

5. You will place the label in a visible place on the box.

6. The nearest POST OFFICE will be located and the delivery will be made there.

7. We will check that everything is correct and issue the refund.

Returns from the Balearic Islands cost €7.95.

RETURN IN STORE (FREE)

Visit your preferred physical store. You can find the store nearest you at this link: https://www.keslem.es/tiendas

The store in charge will collect the shoes and provide you with a return confirmation document. It's a good idea to keep this document. Please note that the stores only receive the items; the refund is not processed until it reaches our headquarters. If the return is successful, we will credit your account. Once the return is complete, you will receive a return confirmation email.

  

RETURN FROM MY HOME (€3.90)

Contact us by email at shoponline@keslem.com or by phone or WhatsApp at 678014909, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our team will inform you of the next steps. Shipping costs will be €3.90 and will be deducted from the return.

It is available for returns in the Peninsula and Portugal.

We offer you the option to choose the time you want your package picked up. You have two options:

- Morning: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- Afternoon: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

RETURN FROM ABROAD 

If you wish to make a return from abroad, we currently offer this service for the following countries: Germany, Italy, Belgium and France .

The cost of an international return is €13.95 , which will be deducted from the refund amount once the product has been received and inspected.

 

RETURN AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE

Send your package to us using the courier company of your choice. Return shipping costs to our headquarters are the customer's responsibility.

How should I prepare the package?

You'll just need to package the product. For both exchanges and returns, the item must be in perfect condition, brand new, unused, and in its original box and tags.


How long is the refund period for the return?

Once we receive the product at our offices and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund, which will be processed to the same account from which the order was placed. The refund period is between 24 and 78 business days from receipt of the order, depending on the bank. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.


Do I need to print the shipping label?

No, you only need to pack the package. The courier service takes care of everything else.
